Meet Aaron Sargeant
Aaron is an experienced Learning & Development professional with a background spanning corporate learning, leadership development, digital learning and higher education.
Throughout his career, Aaron has worked across learning strategy, program development, facilitation, capability building and learning technology.
His experience includes developing leadership programs, designing digital learning experiences, supporting organisational learning initiatives and improving the way training is delivered and evaluated.
With postgraduate qualifications in theology and experience teaching in higher education, Aaron also brings a strong foundation in education, communication and adult learning.
His approach combines strategic thinking with practical delivery, ensuring learning solutions are not only well designed but also relevant, accessible and effective.
